Return and Refund Policy

At Shop Lev, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please review the following guidelines:

Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must have all original tags and packaging intact.

Exclusions:

  • Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
    • Intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear) and face masks for hygienic reasons.
    • Items marked as final sale or under sale section.
    • Customized or personalized items.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at shoplevusa@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
  2. Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  3. Include the RA number provided by our customer service team on the return package.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team using a trackable shipping method. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return eligibility criteria.
  6. Upon approval, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned items, excluding any original shipping charges.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping and the returned items result in the order total falling below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and reflect it in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at shoplevusa@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether through a replacement, exchange, or refund.
